With laws, and opinions, on smoking marijuana changing everyday, the National Highway & Traffic Safety Association was looking for a campaign that didn’t villainize the act itself, but caused those viewing to think twice before smoking and driving.

This spot depicts smoking as more of a formality by attempting to treat the smoke itself as just another character rather than focusing on the act itself, ending with the gang of teens deciding to make the right decision rather than drive high.
